We’re here to help. If your item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags, you can request a free exchange or a free return for store credit.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $7.00 return shipping fee will apply.
Our return and exchange window is 30 days for all merchandise, except items marked as “final sale.”
Items must be in brand new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
Please return items in the clear protective bag provided to help keep the product clean during shipping.
Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, and animal hair.
We reserve the right to reject any return that is not received in original condition.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after it arrives at our facility.
You will receive an email once it has been completed or if it’s not approved.
If your order was paid with both a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be issued to the gift card first. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the secondary payment method.
Items marked as “exchange only” may be exchanged for a different size or style within the 30-day window (additional charges may apply) or returned for store credit.

If you experience an issue with your product, contact Customer Service at support@goodfruitlife.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo so we can assist you quickly.
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your bank or credit card company. Processing times vary and may take up to 10 business days.
If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, email us at support@goodfruitlife.com.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This helps ensure your item arrives safely. We cannot guarantee the arrival of returned items that do not include tracking.
