Return & Exchange Policy

Changed your mind? Not the right size or style?

We will do our best to make it right. If the item isn’t the perfect size or style, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re here to help. As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags intact, we offer free exchanges or free returns for store credit. For returns to the original payment method, a $7.00 shipping fee will apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy allows for 30 days on all merchandise, except items marked as “final sale.”

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items in brand new, unworn condition with the original tags attached.
  • Please return items in the clear protective bag provided to help maintain the product’s condition during shipping.
  • Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, and animal hair.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if items are not received in their original condition.

 

Processing Times:
Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed after it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email notification once the return or exchange is processed, or if it’s not approved.

Refund Method:
For orders paid with a combination of a gift card and another payment method, refunds will first be applied to the gift card, and any remaining balance will go to the alternate payment method.

Exchange-Only Items:
Items marked as “exchange only” can be exchanged for a different size or style within the 30-day window (additional charges may apply) or returned for store credit.

Product Issues

If there is an issue with your product, please contact our Customer Service team at support@goodfruitlife.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo to help us better assist you.

Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your credit card or bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary and it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be officially posted.

If, after 10 business days, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@goodfruitlife.com.

Shipping for Returns Over $75

If you’re returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives safely. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
