Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 6 AM and 2 PM (excluding holidays).

Shipping

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure prompt delivery.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Each shipment will receive its own confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We cannot ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

Refunds and Guarantees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

• Shipping time estimates at checkout do not include processing time and should be viewed as estimates, not guarantees.

• We cannot guarantee delivery times if delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or carrier backlogs.
